It is with a very heavy heart....

It has taken me over 5 months to write this post and I'm not doing very well, even now.

We had to say goodbye to our gorgeous little Henry dog back in February. He was 11 years and 3 months old. I miss him so much!!

Every moment of the day was filled with my Henry. Even when we weren't with him we were worrying about him being on his own (which wasn't really very often).

There is so much to miss, now there is no-one to:

bark at the post lady, "hoover" the scraps off the floor, follow me everywhere (including the loo), dribble water across the kitchen floor, jump up at me when it was time for "walkies", run and skid on the tiled floor while chasing "duckie", spend 40 minutes brushing and trimming (only to end up looking the same!), play ball with his Daddy whilst making lots of  howling noises, lay on his back under the desk with his smelly toes in the air, pull me along for 6km on a walk,... the list is endless..

I will miss you and love you always my little monkey. I hope you are running free and sniffing everything. RIP my gorgeous baby boy.

My lovely boy was going nuts this morning and it was only a little bit of snow.

I know it's a crappy photo, but it shows that Henry is sitting 5 meters (and an arms length) away from me when we stopped for a break. I don't know what I'd done to deserve that!!

Henry got very wet today on our walk so I tried to make him cosy in his bed to dry off quicker.

With a few friends, of course!

....to burn off that excess Xmas dinner. Henry has it off to a tee...

...you get someone to make it cosy and sleep on it!! Cos all that extra food makes you tired.

Another beautiful day...

...in our local park. It is hard to believe it is November, it feels more like summer!?! Out 2 days in a row, we are making the most of this gorgeous weather.

Autumn walk in the park..

We have recently found a park that we hadn't been to. It's a lovely place on a hill with chateaux ruins, a tower you can see for miles, a beautiful wooded area (which we have yet to explore), lake, gardens, I could go on...

We took Henry today and he loved it.

My little old man has gone...

My handsome, fiesty little Buggy (Bugs Bunny) boy was taken from me yesterday morning (Friday 13th March). He was poorly for some time, but at 11 years and 3 months he just kept on hanging in there, a real fighter!

Bugs was always the bun that was the most poorly (out of my 3 boys) really on and off from the time we got him. So I was amazed when he made it to his 11th birthday back in December 2014, out living my first bunny Stu by 3 and a half years.

I will miss my little Buggy he was always so curious, fiesty and a little bit grumpy! He loved a cardboard box to destroy, to laze about in his tube and a good ear rub (of course!).

Binky free my little angel, I hope you are healthy and happy wherever you are. You will always be loved xxxxxxx
